If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund of the merchandise price within 14 days of receipt of the product. Please note that return shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received is incorrect or damaged. In that case, please contact our Customer Service Department at support@enchantehome.com prior to sending the product back so that we can provide you with a return shipping label.

Returns or exchanges must be in the original unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition. We pride ourselves on quality merchandise and will accept any defective merchandise or incorrectly received an item for return or exchange.
